We’re seeking a motivated, results-driven Outside Account Executive to drive growth across Clark, Multnomah, Columbia, and Clackamas counties. This role is ideal for a true sales hunter, someone who enjoys prospecting, uncovering opportunities, and closing deals while building long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do
As an Outside Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving new revenue, expanding existing accounts, and representing our brand in the community. You’ll own your territory from prospecting through close and beyond.
New Business Development & Sales Execution
- Actively search for and pursue new business opportunities across a large and diverse territory
- Prospect, qualify, and uncover potential customer needs, pain points, and decision drivers
- Close new business opportunities to consistently hit and exceed sales goals
- Maintain and manage a strong, well-documented pipeline of prospective customers
- Follow up on inbound leads generated through automation, referrals, marketing efforts, and networking
Relationship Building & Account Growth
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive retention and account expansion
- Cross-sell our full suite of breakroom solutions, identifying upsell opportunities that add value for customers
- Attend client-hosted events to strengthen engagement and long-term partnerships
Community Engagement & Brand Representation
- Represent the company at community functions, networking events, and industry gatherings to generate qualified leads
- Act as a brand ambassador, presenting our services with professionalism and enthusiasm
Collaboration & Service Excellence
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, client satisfaction, and exceptional service delivery
- Communicate customer feedback and insights to continuously improve solutions and processes
What We’re Looking For
You’re a confident communicator, disciplined closer, and motivated self-starter who thrives in a field-based, goal-driven role.
Requirements
- Proven success in outside B2B sales and territory management
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or equivalent
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Demonstrated ability to qualify customer needs and translate them into solutions
- Experience building pipelines and managing deals through the full sales cycle
- Comfort with cold calling, networking, and conducting product demos
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales metrics
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and relationship-building skills
- Background in business development, consultative sales, or account management
