About the role

Are you a people person who loves to solve problems and create memorable customer experiences? As a Customer Service Representative at Everglade Works, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. You will play a vital role in supporting our clients, helping them get the most out of our products and services, and ensuring they have a smooth experience every step of the way. In this remote position, you'll have the opportunity to work from anywhere in the U.S. while enjoying the flexibility of a work-from-home environment. What You'll Be Doing - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions - Ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely, efficient, and professional manner - Assist customers with product-related questions, technical support, and service inquiries - Document customer interactions, feedback, and issues accurately in our CRM system - Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and their satisfaction is achieved - Work closely with the technical support team to escalate and resolve more complex issues - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies - Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to process improvement initiatives - Provide feedback to the product and development teams based on customer input and experiences - Achieve and exceed customer satisfaction goals and key performance metrics You'll Excel in This Role If You - Have 1+ years of experience in a customer service role (ideally in a tech environment) - Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Are solution-oriented with a keen ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues - Have a positive, friendly demeanor that helps build rapport with customers - Are comfortable using customer service software and CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce) - Have the ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism - Are a self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and can manage your time effectively - Are passionate about providing top-tier customer experiences and making a difference for clients - Bonus: Familiarity with technical support or experience in the tech industry
