About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for virtual and hybrid career events—prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with corporate HR, talent acquisition, and L&D leaders.
- Drive revenue by identifying high-potential enterprise clients, mapping decision-makers, and tailoring value-driven event proposals aligned with their hiring and skilling goals.
- Build and execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone—converting leads into qualified opportunities with a high conversion rate.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to co-create event formats, speaker lineups, and post-event analytics that boost client retention and upsell potential.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce), track KPIs (conversion rate, deal velocity, pipeline health), and report performance weekly to sales leadership.
- Represent Career Bloc at virtual industry forums, webinars, and pitch sessions—positioning our platform as the go-to partner for scalable talent engagement.
