About Us
Events & Outreach Manager
Location: Bengaluru
About Quest Alliance
Quest Alliance is building regenerative futures by enabling young people to thrive in a world of change. Through partnerships with schools, skilling institutions, government systems, industry, and civil society, we design joyful, learner-centric ecosystems that strengthen school-to-work transitions.
The Quest Learning Observatory (QLO) is our convening and experimentation space — a living lab where ideas meet practice, and where communities gather to imagine and build new possibilities.
Role Overview
Role
The Events & Outreach Manager will steward Quest Alliance’s physical presence, ecosystem relationships, and convening strategy. This role combines three core mandates:
- Designing and delivering all QLO events
- Building outreach pipelines to attract partners to host events at QLO and generate revenue
- Managing Quest’s ecosystem presence and flagship convenings
This is both an execution-heavy and relationship-intensive role. The person must think like a curator, operate like a producer, and build like a partnership lead.
Key Responsibilities
- QLO Event Management & Experience Design
â Lead end-to-end planning and execution of all events hosted at QLO
â Coordinate logistics: scheduling, vendors, hospitality, budgets, production
â Ensure events reflect Quest’s pedagogy, brand, and regenerative ethos
â Work cross-functionally to translate internal strategy into meaningful convenings
â Develop standard operating systems for event execution
- QLO Outreach & Revenue Generation
â Develop and execute an outreach strategy to attract: CSOs, Foundations, Corporate CSR teams, Youth networks, Learning communities
â Position QLO as a preferred convening space for education, skilling, and social impact organisations
â Build and maintain a pipeline of potential external partners who can host paid events at QLO
â Manage pricing, packages, and hosting frameworks
â Track revenue targets linked to QLO space utilisation
â Create recurring anchor partnerships for sustained usage
 QLO Co-working & Community Management
- Membership Model Design: Develop and manage tiered co-working packages (daily, weekly, monthly) tailored for social entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small CSOs.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify and pitch QLO as a preferred workspace for mission-aligned individuals and organizations in Bengaluru.
- Community Stewardship: Curate a "collaborative culture" within the space, facilitating introductions and synergies between co-workers and Quest Alliance teams.
- Facility & Experience Oversight: Ensure the co-working environment (high-speed internet, seating, coffee/amenities) meets professional standards to drive retention.
- Utilization Tracking: Monitor desk occupancy rates and revenue performance,
adjusting outreach strategies to ensure a consistent "full house."
Outcome: QLO becomes both a vibrant ecosystem hub and a strategic revenue-generating
asset.
