As part of the Operations Team, you will own event execution from concept to completion, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and delivering exceptional client experiences.

1. Pre-Event Planning
* Develop event timelines and execution plans
* Coordinate vendors and confirm speaker participation
2. Permits & Compliance
* Secure necessary licenses and permits
* Coordinate with authorities (fire, police, health, etc.)
* Ensure venue compliance and safety standards
3. Speaker & Delegate Management
* Identify and onboard high-profile speakers
* Recruit investors and premium delegates
4. Media & Promotion
* Plan pre-event buzz and promotions
* Manage live coverage and post-event amplification
5. Event Execution (On-Ground)
* Manage real-time logistics and troubleshooting
* Ensure smooth stage flow and transitions
