Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Gurgaon for the position of Events Operation Manager. The Events Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events within the MICE division. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end operations, coordinating with vendors and clients, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring events comply with established standards. The role focuses on enhancing customer experiences, maintaining quality service, and meeting timelines for successful event delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Operations Management and Budgeting, with the ability to manage resources and adhere to financial constraints.
  • Proficiency in Event Planning and coordination to ensure successful event execution.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client relationships and resolve issues effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership skills and the capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the travel, hospitality, or MICE industry is highly advantageous.
