We’re Hiring: Events Manager for Staford Play & Cafe

Location: Lucknow

Role: Full-time | On-site

We are looking for a proactive and organized Events Manager to plan and execute engaging events, birthday parties, and activities. The role involves end-to-end event coordination, vendor management, and ensuring a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events, birthday parties, workshops, and themed activities
• Handle event bookings, scheduling, and client coordination
• Manage vendors, décor, logistics, and on-ground execution
• Ensure smooth event flow and high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams (F&B, marketing, operations)
• Track event expenses and maintain basic reports
• Support promotions and ideas to increase event bookings
  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate (Event Management / Hospitality preferred)
• 1–4 years experience in event planning or coordination
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple events and deadlines
• Energetic, presentable, and customer-focused
