Staford Play & Cafe
Location: Lucknow
Role: Full-time | On-site
We are looking for a proactive and organized
Events Manager to plan and execute engaging events, birthday parties, and activities. The role involves end-to-end event coordination, vendor management, and ensuring a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events, birthday parties, workshops, and themed activities
- Handle event bookings, scheduling, and client coordination
- Manage vendors, décor, logistics, and on-ground execution
- Ensure smooth event flow and high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams (F&B, marketing, operations)
- Track event expenses and maintain basic reports
- Support promotions and ideas to increase event bookings
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate (Event Management / Hospitality preferred)
- 1–4 years experience in event planning or coordination
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple events and deadlines
- Energetic, presentable, and customer-focused
