Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Events and Strategic Partnerships Manager, based in Gurugram. The Manager will plan, execute, and oversee high-impact events that align with Heepha’s business goals and brand vision. Responsibilities include cultivating and managing strategic partnerships, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring event success, and analyzing post-event metrics to inform future strategies. The role also involves fostering strong business relationships to expand Heepha's network and drive collaborative opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Relationship Management and Strategic Partnerships
- Account Management expertise with a focus on building and nurturing long-lasting professional relationships
- Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and evaluating event success
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and events concurrently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Knowledge of the HR and talent solutions industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in event planning software and CRM tools is desirable
