Role Overview

We are hiring a Marketing & Event Manager to drive event promotion, bookings, partnerships, and execution. The role combines marketing, outreach, and on-ground event management.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote events and workshops through organic marketing (social media & content)
• Handle leads, customer calls, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Monitor and manage online bookings and responses regularly
• Reach out to schools, colleges, corporates, and communities
• Build partnerships with collaborators and facilitators
• Plan and execute events at Syona end-to-end

Requirements

• Experience in marketing / events / partnerships
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and close deals
• Comfortable with onsite work and field outreach
