Senior Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities: 1. System & Architecture: - Finalize the overall system architecture (microservices, front-back integration, communication) - Design and enforce a scalable ERD and database schema (PostgreSQL + TypeORM) - Establish code quality guidelines, code review processes, and team standards - Own API versioning, request lifecycle, and security patterns 2. Backend Ownership (Nest.js): - Architect and supervise AWS Lambda-based serverless microservices - Guide AAW engine, Wallet, Notifications, Realtime Chat, and AI/CRM integrations - Optimize backend performance, modularity, and reusability 3. Frontend Ownership (Next.js): - Oversee dynamic SSR/ISR-based frontend using Next.js - Ensure proper integration of GraphQL and REST APIs across user roles - Optimize performance, SEO, PWA behaviors, multilingual rendering via i18next - Set patterns for reusable design systems (UI library, layouts, hooks) 4. DevOps & Deployment: - Manage secure deployment pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines AWS Lambda / Vercel) - Maintain CI/CD health, secrets management, and production access control - Ensure real-time sync with Zoho CRM, Firebase, WhatsApp APIs, Google APIs 5. Team Leadership: - Mentor and guide 10+ developers (4 backend + 6 frontend) - Track individual KPIs, unblock developers, and ensure timely sprint completion - Own final code merges, staging/UAT deploys, and handoffs for QA Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Code coverage 90% for shared libraries and mission-critical services - 100% ERD sign-off and implementation by the end of Week 1 - Integrated full-stack app deployment to staging by Week 4 - Final release-ready codebase with regression-tested workflows by Week 6 - Zero blockers/critical bugs in release due to integration gaps
