About the role

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer concerns efficiently. Maintain and update customer database with accurate information. Follow-up with potential leads and convert them into sales. Provide detailed information about products/services and answer queries. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the company. Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all customer interactions. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication. Key Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: 0-6 months of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [Specify Language(s)]. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software. Good listening skills and attention to detail. Gender: Female only
