Role Description
- Find and manage vendors needed for company operations and events.
- Negotiate best prices, contracts, and service terms.
- Onboard new vendors and maintain records.
- Ensure vendors give quality service on time.
- Build a strong vendor network for future requirements.
- Work with internal teams for daily procurement needs.
- Reduce costs and improve service quality.
- Track vendor performance and solve issues quickly.
Event setup, branding, printing, housekeeping, security, maintenance, manpower, catering, logistics, electrical, plumbing, pest control, IT hardware, furniture, stationery, and transport vendors.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in procurement/vendor management
- Any Degree
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good communication & relationship management
- Cost-saving and market rate analysis skills
- Vendor onboarding & contract handling experience
- Excel/reporting knowledge
- Multi-tasking and problem-solving ability
- Team coordination skills
- Bengaluru based / ready to relocate
- Comfortable in fast-paced work environment
