Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Staff member at Joyful Knots Events, based in Erode. The role involves assisting in event planning, coordination, and execution to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include working with clients to understand their needs, supporting event logistics, providing excellent customer service, contributing to event marketing efforts, and assisting with setup and teardown of event venues. The Event Staff member will also support sales initiatives and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and handling inquiries effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members professionally
- Experience or knowledge in Event Planning and coordination
- Familiarity with Event Marketing and the ability to promote events effectively
- Sales capabilities to assist in client outreach and business development
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as per event schedules
- Physical ability to perform event setup and breakdown tasks
