Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for an Event Specialist. The Event Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences. Day-to-day tasks include managing event logistics, liaising with clients, creating event marketing strategies, and assisting with sales and promotional efforts. The role requires an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensure smooth on-ground execution, and collaborate effectively with team members and vendors.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Event Planning and Event Marketing to successfully organize and execute impactful events.
- Strong proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain excellent client and vendor relationships.
- Experience in Sales and an understanding of marketing strategies to promote events effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage real-time event challenges.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and event management tools is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
