Role Description
This full-time role as an Event Specialist is based at our Hyderabad office. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, from Large scale Employee engagement Events, conferences and product launches . Tasks include managing client relationships, ensuring successful event delivery, liaising with vendors and suppliers, and overseeing logistical, marketing, and creative aspects. Collaboration within the team to execute projects on time and within budgets will be a regular part of your responsibilities. Adept with handling Pan India client accounts would be part of the role play.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to engage with clients, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in handling large scale Corporate Events
- Passionate about Event Management and Employee engagement events
- Event management experience in handling MNC Employee engagement events
- Proven experience in Event Planning and managing execution from conceptualization to completion.
- Knowledge of Event Marketing and Sales strategies to drive event success and maximize audience engagement.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple events and handle logistics efficiently.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate within a team environment.
- A degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt to challenges and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
