Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Specialist based in Pune Division, with flexibility to work from home as needed. Responsibilities include planning and executing events, coordinating logistics, communicating with participants, marketing events to the target audience, and providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the events. The Event Specialist will also be expected to manage on-site event activities and support sales efforts related to event sponsorships and participation.
Qualifications
- Strong Event Planning and Event Marketing skills
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication abilities
- Sales experience, particularly in event sponsorships or participation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using event management tools or software is a plus
- Experience in creating inclusive and engaging experiences is advantageous
