Role Description
As an Event Specialist at DYU Healthcare, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that align with the organization's goals. Key duties will include designing event strategies, engaging in event marketing campaigns, communicating with vendors and attendees, and ensuring seamless customer service during and after events. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in Event Planning and Coordination, ensuring successful execution from conceptualization to completion.
- Proficiency in Event Marketing and Sales, developing strategies to promote events and drive attendance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events and deadlines effectively.
- Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Relevant prior experience in event management, healthcare, or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly desirable.
