Inventory Team Member - Weekend

In this role, you'll be responsible for fulfilling accurate client orders by pulling rental equipment/items from storage, performing quality checks, and preparing orders for shipment. </div><div> </div><div> <strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: </strong> </div><ul> <li>Organize and pack equipment/items according to company standards and prepare orders for shipment. </li> <li>Perform quality control and inspection checks to ensure items meet company standards. </li> <li>Accurately count and verify inventory items, including dishware, glassware, linens, furniture, and event equipment. </li> <li>Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy. </li> <li>Report inventory discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors. </li> <li>Maintain inventory storage areas for cleanliness and accessibility. </li> <li>Use moving equipment such as carts, dollies, and pallet jacks to transport products. </li> <li>Collaborate with other warehouse teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment. </li> <li>Perform additional duties as assigned. </li> </ul><div> <strong>Work Conditions:</strong> </div><ul> <li>Work is performed in a well-lit, clean warehouse setting, in which some areas may not be heated or air-conditioned. </li> <li>Safety is a priority—proper safety equipment and training are provided. </li> <li>Physical demands include bending, lifting, and repetitive movements. </li> <li>Frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs; occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques. </li> <li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. </li> </ul><div> <strong>Schedule & Pay:</strong> </div><ul> <li>Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour based on experience </li> <li>4-day workweek (10-hour shifts) = 3 consecutive days off </li> <li>Shift: Saturday – Tuesday from 7:30am – 6:00pm </li> <li>Seasonal Position: Our busiest months run from April through October. However, there is potential for long-term employment based on factors such as attendance, performance, and business needs  </li> </ul><div> <strong>Qualifications & Requirements:</strong> </div><ul> <li>Must be at least 16 years old. </li> <li>Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal) is required. </li> <li>Basic math skills. </li> <li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. </li> <li>Physically capable of standing, lifting, and performing repetitive movements in a warehouse environment. </li> <li>Must complete a 5-minute Behavioral Assessment through the Predictive Index. </li> <li>Must pass a company background check and limited drug screen (excludes marijuana). </li> </ul> </div>
