Role Description
The Event Sales & Sponsorship Lead will manage and oversee sales and sponsorship activities for RealtyNXT events. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include developing event strategies, engaging with new and existing clients, identifying sponsorship opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful execution of events aligned with organizational objectives. The role also involves working closely with teams across the organization to plan, coordinate, and implement events that generate revenue and build brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Event Management and Event Planning skills for organizing and ensuring the smooth execution of events
- Strong Sales capabilities with the ability to negotiate sponsorships and meet revenue targets
- Excellent Communication skills to engage prospective clients and maintain professional relationships
- Customer Service expertise for addressing client needs and enhancing their event experience
- Prior experience in real estate, media, or PropTech industries is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
