Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and regular updates. Conduct client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Event Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed event plans, including budgets, timelines, and logistics. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events and activations. Oversee all aspects of event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- Creative and Design Oversight: Collaborate with the creative and design teams to develop innovative event concepts and activations. Ensure all creative outputs align with client expectations and brand guidelines. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to creative teams to enhance event experiences.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients. Develop and negotiate proposals and contracts to secure new projects and clients.
- Presentation and Communication: Create and deliver high-quality presentations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Effectively communicate project goals, timelines, and deliverables to all parties involved. Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and promptness.
- Budget and Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality. Monitor expenses and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Collect and analyze feedback from clients, attendees, and stakeholders to measure event success. Prepare detailed post-event reports and provide recommendations for future improvements.
