Job Description: Manager – Vendor & Artist Partnerships (Subscription Sales)

Experience: 3–6 Years in Subscription Sales / Vendor Onboarding (B2B Sales)
Role Objective
Your primary goal is to build India’s most elite database of event vendors and artists. You will be responsible for identifying high-quality service providers (Photographers, DJs, Decorators, Makeup Artists, etc.), pitching the LuxeVenue.ai subscription model, and onboarding them onto our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Onboarding: Identify and reach out to top-tier artists and vendors who fit the "Luxury" criteria of our brand.
- Subscription Sales: Pitch and sell monthly/annual subscription plans to vendors, explaining the ROI of being featured on an AI-driven platform.
- Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for the artist community, ensuring their profiles are updated and they are getting value from the platform.
- Market Intelligence: Keep a track of industry events, exhibitions, and artist meetups to scout new talent for LuxeVenue.ai.
Who Should Apply? (The Must-Haves)
- Relevant Experience: Candidates who have previously worked in subscription-based platforms like Wed Me Good, WeddingWire, Just Dial, Zomato (Vendor side), or any B2B SaaS portal.
- Negotiation Skills: You should be an expert at handling "objections" and convincing vendors about the digital shift in the event industry.
- High Energy: This is a target-driven role. We need someone who loves being on the move and meeting new people every day.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the event vendor ecosystem (Who are the top players in the market?).
