ENGAGE 4 EVENTS LLP (E4E) specializes in providing professional services for expos and events, offering expertise across four verticals. These include Expo Services, such as stall design, fabrication, rental services, and customer engagement activities. As an Event Organizer, E4E hosts live concerts, product launches, international speaker programs, and more. E4E also focuses on BTL Activations like office branding, site branding, and promotional materials, as well as Digital services, including webinars, webcasts, e-events, and e-expos.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Event Sales Specialist. The Event Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting revenue goals. Day-to-day activities include generating leads, preparing proposals, coordinating with clients and internal teams, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Effective collaboration with various departments to deliver seamless event experiences will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and client relationship management
- Negotiation, proposal preparation, and account management abilities
- Knowledge of event planning, expo services, and BTL activations is highly desirable
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant software such as CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, event management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in event sales, event coordination, or relevant industry expertise is an advantage
