Are you passionate about weddings, décor, and bringing beautiful celebrations to life?
We're looking for a Client & Decor Coordinator to join our wedding décor and event management team.
Key Responsibilities:✨ Coordinate with clients to understand their décor vision and requirements.✨ Discuss décor concepts, themes, and all related details throughout the planning process.✨ Act as the bridge between clients and the production team, ensuring every requirement is communicated clearly.✨ Manage décor production timelines and oversee execution to ensure everything is delivered as planned.✨ Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and internal teams for a seamless experience.
We're looking for someone who:• Has excellent communication and coordination skills.• Is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.• Can handle multiple projects and deadlines.• Has an interest in weddings, décor, and event management. (Prior experience is a plus.)
