Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an Event Sales Manager. The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Key responsibilities include organizing and overseeing event planning processes, managing sales strategies, creating lucrative opportunities, and effectively communicating with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events. The role requires strong leadership in both sales and event management to achieve company goals and delight clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management processes
- Strong Sales skills with a proven ability to generate and close leads
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively manage client and team interactions
- Experience in managing and executing Private Events
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their unique needs
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency in using event management software and CRM tools is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
