Responsibilities:
• Generate and close new business opportunities.
• Manage projects end-to-end from client briefing to final execution.
• Build and maintain vendor ecosystem (fabrication, LED, lighting, AV, printing, logistics).
• Oversee production planning, budgeting, and profitability.
• Ensure on-site supervision and high-quality delivery standards.
Technical Knowledge Required:
• LED walls and display systems.
• Professional sound systems and audio engineering basics.
• Lighting systems (DMX, moving heads, truss structures).
• Stage fabrication and exhibition booth production.
• Power distribution planning and safety compliance.
Key Requirements:
• Must already have an existing corporate client network.
• Proven track record of closing corporate events, exhibitions, or brand activation projects.
• Strong understanding of event production, fabrication, LED, sound and lighting systems.
• Ability to independently handle client meetings, proposals, and negotiations.
• Revenue-focused with strong margin management discipline.
Performance Expectations:
• Generate minimum INR 2–5 crore annual revenue.
• Maintain 25–35% gross margins per project.
• Bring 5–10 new corporate clients annually.
