Role Description:
The Event Revenue Executive will be responsible for driving revenue generation for business events and conferences through sponsorships, delegate acquisition, partnerships, and client coordination. The role involves connecting with industry professionals, maintaining strong business relationships, and supporting successful event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential sponsors, delegates, and partners
- Generate revenue through event sponsorships and delegate registrations
- Handle client communication and follow-ups professionally
- Maintain and update databases and sales records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth event execution
- Assist in achieving event revenue targets and business goals
- Research industry trends and target audiences for upcoming events
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in client interaction and coordination
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and database management
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
