Event Production Manager
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years

Job Location: Bibwewadi, Pune
Job Type: Field-based role 📍
Job Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end on-ground event production, especially wedding events.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, fabricators, decorators, artists, and labour teams.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely setup and execution as per plan.
- Assist in client meetings and understand production requirements.
- Supervise venue layouts, installations, and execution quality on-site.
- Handle tight timelines and high-pressure event situations efficiently.
- Maintain production planning sheets, vendor lists, and event costing trackers in Excel.
Key Skills Required- Minimum 4 years experience in wedding/event production
- Strong vendor coordination & team management skills 🤝
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for planning, tracking, and coordination
- Good communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination
- Willingness to work long hours during event days (field role) ⚡
