Role Overview:
We are looking for an Events & Experience Manager to lead and execute on-ground activations and roadshows across India. This role will be responsible for managing badminton experience tours where customers can try our products, while ensuring smooth event execution and high-quality brand interaction.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing events/roadshows and a strong understanding of badminton and sports equipment, enabling them to confidently engage with players and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute badminton roadshows and experience tours across multiple cities
- Set up and manage on-ground experience zones (product display, trial courts, demo areas)
- Interact with customers and badminton players, guiding them on product selection and usage
- Demonstrate basic product features and explain differences between rackets, strings, and gear
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and local partners for smooth execution
- Manage logistics including transport, setup, dismantling, and inventory tracking
- Ensure brand consistency in stall setup, communication, and overall experience
- Handle on-ground issues and ensure seamless execution across locations
- Collect feedback from players and share insights with internal teams
- Support basic content creation during events (reels, interactions, testimonials)
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in event management, activations, or roadshows
- Good understanding of badminton (gameplay, equipment, player needs)
- Strong communication and people-handling skills
- Experience in managing on-ground production and logistics
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cities/events
- Willingness to travel extensively across India

- Someone who understands sports culture and can connect with players
- Execution-focused and comfortable working in dynamic environments
- Able to balance operations + customer interaction
- Prior experience in sports events or experiential marketing is a plus
