We are looking for an experienced and proactive Event Manager (Operations) to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the event operations team
• Handle client coordination and communication
• Manage internal teams and vendor coordination
• Ensure smooth execution of events from planning to delivery
• Oversee timelines, logistics, and operational workflows
• Maintain high-quality execution standards under deadlines
Requirements:
✔ 4–5 years of relevant experience in event operations
✔ Strong leadership and coordination skills
✔ Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
✔ Problem-solving mindset and execution-focused approach
