- Handle complete production planning from concept to execution.
- Oversee fabrication, branding, stage setup, sound, light, LED, and technical requirements.
- Conduct site recce and feasibility analysis.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors (fabricators, AV teams, artists, logistics, etc.)
- Ensure quality control and timely delivery.
- Supervise production crew and on-ground staff.
- Coordinate closely with creative and client servicing teams.
- Negotiate vendor pricing to maintain profitability.
- Manage transportation, permissions, manpower, and material movement.
- Handle on-site execution and troubleshoot real-time issues.
- Maintain event quality standards.
