Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Operations Executive, based in Delhi, India. The Event Operations Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end event planning and execution, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, creating detailed event plans, and ensuring that events run smoothly. The role involves managing logistics, budgets, and timelines, as well as ensuring seamless delivery in alignment with client objectives. Problem-solving and adaptability will be crucial to succeed in this fast-paced role.
Qualifications
- Event Planning, Coordination, and On-Site Execution skills
- Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management experience
- Budgeting, Scheduling, and Logistics Management capabilities
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability in high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with event production tools and project management software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
