About The Company

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground brand activations and events.
- Act as the point of contact for clients and ensure smooth communication and execution from brief to delivery.
- Handle vendor coordination, including negotiations and bookings, and ensure deliverables as per timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct venue recces, supervise event setup, and manage on-site execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure all event elements are aligned.
- Ensure all event permissions, logistics, and operational requirements are in place.
- Prepare event reports and document learnings post-activity.
- Travel as required for event setup and execution.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in event operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in vendor coordination and on-ground management
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as per event schedules
- Good with Excel and Presentations
