Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Events - Operations Executive to oversee end-to-end execution of events, activations, and marketing initiatives. The role involves managing logistics, vendors, budgets, and teams to ensure seamless and high-quality event delivery aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute events, managing logistics, setup, and on-ground operations.
* Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for smooth execution.
* Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services.
* Develop and monitor event budgets, track expenses, and optimize costs.
* Oversee venue selection, setup, teardown, and execution of all event elements including AV, branding, and seating.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies while mitigating operational risks.
* Lead and manage event teams, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient execution.
* Maintain documentation of event plans, budgets, and performance reports.
* Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients and address concerns promptly.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* 4-6 years of experience in event management, activations, or experiential marketing.
* Experience in handling corporate events, exhibitions, or BTL activities.
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
* Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
