We’re Hiring: Event Operations
Full-Time | Field Role | On-Site Events
Are you energetic, hands-on, and passionate about events?
We’re looking for a young and dynamic professional to join our Event Operations team!
This is not a desk job — this is a ground-level execution role where you’ll be part of real-time event production and operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage vendors and coordinate with local suppliers
- Visit local markets for sourcing event materials
- Handle event logistics and production arrangements
- Supervise on-site setup and execution
- Tackle real-time challenges during events
- Ensure smooth coordination between production and operations teams
- Maintain high-quality client service standards
Whom We’re Looking For:
- Freshers welcome (basic knowledge of event production preferred)
- Prior event management experience is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good problem-solving ability
- Energetic, proactive, and ready to take responsibility
- Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments
Language Requirement:
- English - Mandatory
- Tamil – Mandatory
- Hindi – Added advantage
