Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Operation Executive, based in Bengaluru. The Event Operation Executive will oversee the execution of events, ensuring seamless operations from planning to delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, supporting event setup and teardown, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders. The individual will ensure all events meet quality standards and run smoothly to exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
- Event planning and management skills, including coordination, logistics, and operations
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic situations during events
- Proficiency in project planning tools and technology; familiarity with virtual and hybrid event platforms is a plus
- Prior experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as required during events
- Experience in corporate events or exhibitions is an added advantage
