Key Responsibilities
1. Participant Onboarding
- Manage event registrations and participant onboarding
- Guide attendees through the registration and onboarding process
- Maintain and update participant databases
2. Communication & Support
- Communicate with attendees, speakers, and partners via email, WhatsApp, or calls
- Provide event information, schedules, and joining instructions
- Resolve queries related to registration or event participation
3. Coordination
- Coordinate with the marketing, operations, and event teams
- Ensure speakers, partners, and vendors are properly onboarded
- Track confirmations and participation status
4. Data & Reporting
- Maintain event onboarding records and reports
- Track participant engagement and feedback
- Prepare post-event summaries and attendance reports
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Experience in Event Planning and Event Management
- Basic knowledge of Sales or willingness to develop sales-oriented skills
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with community-driven platforms or event management tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or enrollment in a related field (e.g., Event Management, Communications, Business Administration) is desirable
