Job Title: Event Manager – On-Ground Execution
Location: Bangalore (Koramangala)
Experience: 5–10 years (preferred)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Event Manager who has deep expertise in executing large-scale on-ground events across India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing diverse formats such as roadshows, seminars, conferences, activations, and experiential events, ensuring seamless execution from concept to closure.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Event Execution
- Plan, manage, and execute on-ground events including roadshows, seminars, conferences, and brand activations
- Ensure flawless delivery across multiple cities and locations
Pan-India Operations
- Coordinate and execute events across various regions in India
- Manage travel, logistics, and regional vendor ecosystems effectively
Vendor & Partner Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors (production, fabrication, AV, logistics, staffing)
- Negotiate commercials and ensure quality and timelines are met
Project & Timeline Management
- Create detailed project plans, budgets, and execution timelines
- Track progress and ensure adherence to deadlines
On-Ground Leadership
- Lead event execution teams on-site
- Troubleshoot in real-time and ensure smooth operations under pressure
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with event objectives and brand guidelines
Budget & Compliance
- Manage event budgets efficiently
- Ensure all legal, safety, and compliance standards are met
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing on-ground events
- Proven experience in executing roadshows, seminars, conferences, and multi-city events
- Strong exposure to Pan-India event execution
- Excellent vendor network across key cities
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with agencies or brands handling large-scale activations
- Familiarity with corporate, education, or B2B event ecosystems
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
