Role Description The Event Marketing Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This role involves supporting the planning, promotion, and execution of health and wellness events, including community meetups, workshops, and larger activations. The intern will assist in creating event marketing materials, coordinating with partners and vendors, and engaging with attendees before, during, and after events. Daily tasks include managing event-related communication, helping maintain registration and attendee databases, gathering feedback, and supporting basic sales and outreach efforts to increase event participation. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events align with HCF’s brand, mission, and community goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with attendees, partners, and internal teams professionally and empathetically.
- Event Planning and Event Marketing skills to support logistics, outreach campaigns, and on-ground execution of events.
- Sales and relationship-building skills to assist with event promotion, partner outreach, and participant engagement.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced, community-centric environment.
- Interest in health, wellness, and preventive care; prior internship or project experience in events, marketing, or community initiatives is an advantage.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, social media platforms) and strong organizational skills.
