Event Manager (Junior / Senior)

Role Overview
The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate, lifestyle, and wedding events. The role involves managing event logistics, vendor coordination, client communication, budgeting, and on-ground event execution.
Depending on experience level, the candidate will either support the senior event team (Junior level) or lead end-to-end event planning and execution (Senior level) while ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, exhibitions, lifestyle events, and weddings.
- Ensure smooth event setup, production coordination, and dismantling.
- Maintain event timelines, checklists, and operational workflows.
- Ensure on-ground execution runs smoothly and meets client expectations.
Vendor & Production Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and production partners.
- Manage venue logistics, stage setup, installations, and technical teams.
- Negotiate with vendors and manage vendor deliverables.
Client Management
- Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable event plans.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients during planning and execution.
- Ensure client satisfaction through efficient delivery of services.
Budget & Reporting
- Assist or manage event budgets, quotations, and cost tracking.
- Maintain financial records and vendor payments.
- Prepare post-event reports and analysis.
Team Coordination
- Work with internal teams including design, logistics, and production.
- Supervise installation teams during event setup.
- Delegate operational responsibilities and manage team coordination (Senior role).
Experience Requirements
Junior Event Manager
- 2–3 years of experience in event management or related industry.
- Experience assisting in event execution and vendor coordination.
Senior Event Manager
- 5–8 years of experience in event management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale events, exhibitions, or multi-city events.
- Experience handling clients, budgets, and leading teams.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
Tools & Software
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Project Management Tools (Trello, Asana, or similar platforms)
- Event planning and coordination tools
