The Role
We’re looking for an Event Manager & Event Marketing Coordinator who understands that a beautifully executed event is only complete when the story is carried forward—consistently, thoughtfully, and on-brand.
This role bridges on-ground execution and brand presence, ensuring every event is flawlessly delivered and meaningfully communicated across platforms.
What You’ll Do
Event Coordination
• Support planning and execution of weddings, private events, corporate orders, and brand showcases
• Coordinate timelines across kitchen, production, logistics, and design teams
• Act as a day-to-day brand and vendor coordination point
• Assist with schedules, and on-ground event execution
• Ensure all deliveries and setups meet Vanilla Miel’s quality and aesthetic standards
Marketing & Brand Support
• Shoot content requirements for events across pre-event, live, and post-event stages
• Coordinate photographers, videographers, and collaborators on-site
• Support social media management, including responses to comments and enquiries
• Maintain consistency across presentations, event decks, and marketing collateral
• Assist with collaborations, launches, and PR-led brand initiatives
• Compile post-event reports and content handovers
Who You Are
- Experienced in event management, luxury hospitality, catering, or brand-led experiences
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and composed under pressure
- Confident communicator with strong client-handling skills
- Aesthetic-led thinker with an instinct for luxury presentation
- Comfortable balancing operations with brand communication
- Naturally proactive, polished, and solutions-oriented
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in event management or luxury hospitality
- Exposure to marketing coordination, social media handling, or brand content planning is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of French pâtisserie or luxury desserts is an added plus
