Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Manager based in Mumbai. The Event Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of events, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing event concepts, liaising with vendors and clients, managing budgets, scheduling, and supervising event logistics. Additionally, the Event Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure each event aligns with the company’s creative vision and delivers a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Event Planning, Event Coordination, and Vendor Management expertise
- Knowledge of Budgeting, Scheduling, and Logistics Management
- Strong Organizational, Time Management, and Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent Communication and Client Relationship Management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively under pressure
- Creative Vision and Attention to Detail for curating unique event experiences
- Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
