Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Manager located in New Delhi. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, from corporate gatherings to experiential campaigns. Responsibilities include managing budgets, vendor relations, logistics, and on-ground execution. The role also involves coordinating with teams to ensure smooth communication, overseeing event marketing and promotion, and measuring event success with post-event reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong event planning and organizational skills, with experience in managing end-to-end event execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Budget management and negotiation skills to optimize resources for successful event delivery.
- Proficiency in event marketing, promotion, and using digital and social media platforms to drive engagement.
- Problem-solving and adaptability under pressure to handle challenges and ensure seamless event operations.
- Proficiency with event management software or tools is a plus.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team effectively during events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
