Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Manager located in Bengaluru. The Event Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of weddings, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Responsibilities include vendor coordination, budget management, client interaction, team supervision, event scheduling, and on-ground event management. The role requires efficient handling of logistics, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth execution of all event elements.
Qualifications
- Event Planning and Management skills, with experience in coordinating weddings or similar large-scale events
- Client Relationship Management and excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized services
- Team Leadership and resource management abilities to lead a group of in-house vendors and staff
- Budgeting and organizational skills for financial planning, vendor negotiations, and adhering to timelines
- Problem-Solving and adaptability to handle unexpected challenges on-site effectively
- Creativity and attention to detail to plan memorable and visually appealing events
- Proficiency with event management tools and software is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the wedding industry is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field preferred
