Role Description
The Event Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring all elements come together seamlessly. Responsibilities include managing budgets, liaising with clients to identify event requirements, collaborating with vendors, selecting and coordinating venues, handling logistics, and overseeing event setup. The Event Manager will also ensure timely execution of events while managing on-site operations and post-event evaluations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Event Planning and Coordination: Experience in organizing large-scale events, including trade shows, brand activations, and conferences;
- Logistics and Vendor Management: Expertise in managing logistics, vendor relations, and negotiations;
- Budgeting and Planning: Ability to handle budgets, scheduling, and timelines efficiently;
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills;
- Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail to ensure seamless event execution;
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Skills to understand client needs, build professional relationships, and exceed expectations;
