Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Event Manager based in Uttarakhand, India. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ensuring client requirements are met with excellence. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, creating event timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless event execution. The Event Manager will also oversee logistics, troubleshoot issues during events, and ensure exceptional customer service to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Event planning and organization skills, including experience in coordinating timelines, managing logistics, and securing venues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
- Budget planning and financial management skills to create, monitor, and optimize event expenses.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address challenges and ensure smooth event delivery.
- Proficiency with event management software and tools, as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or events industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by event schedules.
