We are seeking a dynamic Event Manager to plan, execute, and scale creator-focused events, including virtual webinars, offline meetups, brand activations, and influencer summits. You'll collaborate with operations, content, and marketing teams to create engaging experiences that boost partnerships and content virality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end events, from ideation to post-event analytics, ensuring alignment with influencer marketing goals.
- Coordinate with creators, brands, and vendors for seamless logistics, budgeting, and on-site management.
- Leverage digital tools (e.g., Google Sheets, event platforms) to automate workflows, track RSVPs, and measure ROI via engagement metrics.
- Develop event strategies that integrate social media trends, content automation, and live-streaming for maximum reach on Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.
- Analyze event performance (e.g., attendance, leads generated, content shares) and report insights to refine future campaigns.
- Handle crisis management and ensure compliance with event safety and digital privacy standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
- 1+ years in event management, with exposure to influencer/digital marketing preferred.
- Strong project management skills; proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social insights).
- Excellent communication for stakeholder coordination; multilingual skills (Hindi/English) a plus.
- Passion for social media trends, content creation, and creator ecosystems.
- Ability to travel for events and work flexible hours during activations.
