Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Event Manager at Corporate Sports League™. The Event Manager will design, plan, and execute sports events specifically tailored for corporate clients. Key responsibilities include liaising with corporate partners, coordinating logistics, managing event budgets, supervising event set-ups, and ensuring seamless event execution. The role also involves post-event analysis, stakeholder communication, and the development of strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Event Planning, Coordination, and Logistics Management skills
- Budgeting and Financial Management expertise
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship skills
- Team Management and Leadership experience
- Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving skills
- Proficiency in Project Management tools and software
- Experience in organizing sports or corporate events is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
- Flexible schedule to accommodate weekend or after-hours events
