Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Event Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning and executing events, managing vendor relationships, coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, and maintaining timelines and budgets. The role involves supervising event logistics, ensuring quality standards, and creatively addressing challenges to deliver seamless experiences that exceed client expectations.

- Event planning and coordination skills, including scheduling, logistics management, and vendor management
- Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
- Budget management and cost control abilities
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in event design and execution with attention to detail
- Experience working in high-pressure and deadline-driven environments
- Knowledge of event trends and innovative planning techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
