Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Event Manager role located in Noida. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that represent Bili Hu's vision.
Responsibilities include strategizing event concepts, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, ensuring smooth event logistics, and promoting the brand during events. The role also involves pre- and post-event reporting and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in event planning, event coordination, and logistic management
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of marketing, branding, and event promotion strategies
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management for events
- Passion for coffee and familiarity with the coffee industry is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or relevant field is preferred
