🚀 Hiring: Events Manager (4–8 YOE) | Sustainable Workspaces

We design and build thoughtful, sustainable, and nature-connected workspaces that enhance well-being and collaboration. We are looking for a high-energy Events Manager to lead experience delivery, community programming, and enterprise gatherings across our multi-site centers.
🚨 Mandatory Filters (4+ Years Experience Required)
Please ensure you have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in each of the following blocks before applying:
- Event Management: Owning the end-to-end event lifecycle (corporate, startup mixers, wellness, festive).
- Vendor Management: Sourcing, onboarding, and negotiating commercials with production, AV, and catering vendors.
- Budget Management: Handling spend tracking, cost efficiencies, and financial approvals.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Execution: Plan and drive community, networking, and high-touch enterprise client events across centers.
- Engagement: Partner with corporate clients to design customized premium experiences.
- Revenue: Identify brand sponsorship and monetization opportunities alongside Sales & Marketing.
- Operations: Maintain a centralized event calendar and track attendance, feedback, and ROI metrics.
📋 Profile Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or coworking.
- Proven ability to manage multi-site / multi-location operations.
- Strong commercial awareness and a fierce ownership mindset.
